You’ll learn how to work with patient records, schedule appointments, handle medical office tasks, and process insurance claims. These skills can be used in doctors' offices, hospitals, insurance companies, and other healthcare settings.

In the program, you'll:

  • Learn medical terminology and basic billing and coding concepts

  • Practice using healthcare computer systems and electronic health records
