Course Description

This course gives you a basic introduction to safety and environmental rules used in the workplace. You'll learn about how to handle materials and chemicals safely, how to use equipment properly, what to do in emergencies, and the main safety and environmental laws (like EPA rules). We'll also cover things like air permits, waste disposal and reduction, and how to read and use labels correctly.
