Course Description

In this course, you’ll learn how to grow organic crops in the spring, including vegetables, cut flowers, and herbs used for cooking and medicine. You'll cover how to choose the right plants, use organic growing methods, and keep records for organic certification. By the end of the course, you’ll understand the basics of organic farming for the spring season.
